“BEAM pro” Innovation for Photodynamic Therapy

Photodynamic therapy has gained more and more importance in dermatological practice
Since the end of October 2013, the new "MEDLight BEAM pro " is available. It is specifically designed for photodynamic therapy.
The irradiation area of 177x120mm with the unmatched light output of the high-performance LEDs enables the treatment of even larger lesions in a single session.
The power output can be adjusted very simple, dynamically to the individual pain of your patients.
The large 7“ touch screen enables an intuitive operation, with tasks that besides the typical treatments, also simplify the individual treatment.
The Blue Beam pro and the Green Beam pro deliver a light output of about 70mW/cm². The light output of the Red Beam pro is even higher than 100mW/ cm². With such high intensities, opti¬mal therapy results can be achieved in the shortest time.
Each unit is equipped with 78 high-power LEDs of the latest generation. The spectral range of the Blue Beam pro is 405nm, for the Red Beam pro it is 630nm, and for the Green Beam pro between 530nm and 545nm
The "BEAM pro " is mobile and needs due to the compact design minimal space.
The device is designed and manufactured in Germany. Long life, high energy efficiency and four-year warranty ensure outstanding efficiency.

Biologics or UV Phototherapy for Skin diseases?
We are a german manufacturer of medical devices for Phototherapy and Photodynamical Therapy. We would like to learn about the common way of treatment in the nordic countries.
So far we do not work with the nordic countries that is why we are researching now a way to get into contact with dermatologists.
